Please follow our care and handling instructions. We guarantee our rose quality and superb packing. When working with perishable roses, occasionally issues may arise. If you have a quality issue we ask you to report it to us within 24 hours of arrival and provide pictures documenting the issue(s) and the credit you are requesting. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

How do I know that my order has been received?

When you submit your online order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please call our customer service immediately and confirm your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellation requests must be received 7 days from your delivery date. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please send an email to orders@weddingrosesdirect.com with the subject heading CANCEL. Include your order number along with your name and address in the body of the email. You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours.

Can I make changes to my order?

All requests to change an existing order must be received 7 days from your delivery date. Please send us an email or give us a call and let us know what changes you would like to make.

We recommend you order your garden roses to arrive 4-5 days prior to your special event in order to optimize their full bloom potential. It is very important that once you receive your box of garden roses you immediately process them by cutting at least 1 inch of the bottom of the stems and placing them in water with the included packet of flower food.

Yes, our farms have a continuous production line, so you can buy our beautiful garden roses year round. However, at times, specific varieties may be limited due to high demand or seasonal availability. If we do not have the specific variety that you are looking for, our webpage will suggest other wonderful alternatives.

With proper care, your wedding and garden roses will last 8-12 days in a vase, depending on the variety.
