Please follow our care and handling instructions. We guarantee your money back if your flowers do not last at least seven days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please call or email us and we will gladly replace them or refund your money.
How do I know that my order has been received?
When you submit your online order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please call our customer service immediately and confirm your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
All cancellation requests must be received 7 days from your delivery date. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject heading CANCEL. Include your order number along with your name and address in the body of the email. You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours.
Can I make changes to my order?
All requests to change an existing order must be received 7 days from your delivery date. Please send us an email or give us a call and let us know what changes you would like to make.
